At Alexander Jane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that jewelry and sale items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package back to our boutique headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email address within 3-5 business days.
